A message from our Assistant Principal, Mrs. Kristen Richey

Parents and Students,

I am so excited to be a part of such a wonderful school! New Albany Elementary considers each child as an individual that is special and loved. We provide a safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment that promotes learning. The faculty and staff of New Albany Elementary strive to meet the educational needs of each student on an individual basis and incorporate their individual learning style into our daily classroom instruction.

We have a history of producing well-educated children that are more than capable of advancing to the next level. The trichotomy of qualified faculty, eager students, and supportive parents have been the recipe for our success. This combination has allowed us to challenge our students to meet the potential they carry within them. We hope to see each wide-eyed young person that walks in our building transformed into a well-adjusted, social, confident student that is excited about learning.

It is not just my job, but I have a vested interest in seeing this school succeed. My roots are in New Albany, and I am a product of the New Albany School System. Not only am I ground by the past, but motivated by the future as well. I have children that will also be a part of this school system, so I have a personal interest in seeing this school be the best possible.
