A message from our Assistant Principal, Mrs. Lisa Mitchell

Dear Students and Parents,

Welcome to New Albany Elementary School! It is going to be a very exciting and busy year. We are very fortunate to be part of a school that is so devoted to meeting the needs of every student, and as we all know every child is different academically, socially, and emotionally, so this is a very challenging task. Our teachers and staff work very hard to plan individual instruction to ensure every child is challenged at his/her level. This type of instruction provides each child with the opportunity to feel the joy of success. Our parents are a very important part of this process; teamed together we can all reach high academic success as well as offering a positive environment for learning. At New Albany Elementary our teachers and staff are striving to make learning an adventure that all students can look forward to.
