The New Albany Schools encourage student wellness.
We recognize the importance of making healthy
lifestyle choices, including physical activity
and good nutrition. Research has shown that healthy
eating habits and physical activity are important
factors that improve student performance in the
classroom. Additionally, good nutrition and physical
activity reduce the incidence of obesity and
obesity related illnesses that affect so many
children today.
